Waycross Painting Retreat

Registration fees listed are per person. If selecting double occupancy, please coordinate with your desired roommate(s) to make sure you request each other. You may also request a specific room number. (Requests will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Add requests to the "Is there anything else Waycross staff should know to prepare for your stay?" question.)

Registration is limited to the first 25 participants. Please email Emma to be placed on the waiting list if everything is "sold out". Registration closes December 15, 2025. We are unable to provide refunds after registration is closed.

Conference Center Bedrooms

The Conference Center has 16 bedrooms between 2 floors. The Conference Center is where meals will be hosted and most painting will happen at the Assembly Building, a short walk away (or around the grounds).

Conference Center Single Occupancy – $360.00

Conference Center Double Occupancy – $270.00

Main House and Sleeping Wing Bedrooms

The Main House and Sleeping Wing have 13 bedrooms between the two buildings. These two buildings are neighbors and separate from the Conference Center and Assembly Building. The Conference Center is where meals will be hosted and most painting will happen at the Assembly Building (or around the grounds). These buildings are a very short walk or drive to the Conference Center and Assembly Building.

Bedrooms include bed linens and pillows, but not towels or soaps. A towel package is available.

Sleeping Wing Single Occupancy – $310.00

Sleeping Wing Multi-Occupancy – $230.00

Main House Single Occupancy – $310.00

Main House Multi-Occupancy – $230.00

Towel Package – $10.00

Towel packages will include 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 1 body towel, and 1 bathmat.
